Transmission Services

Transmission Flush and Service:

A transmission flush entails changing all of the fluid by attaching a machine to the transmission. During a transmission service, the transmission pan and filter is removed and the old filter checked for any unusual debris. Then a new filter is installed where applicable, then the transmission is flushed to remove and replace all the fluid. Some places offer a "transmission service" in which case they only remove the transmission pan and drain off half of the fluid. The disadvantage to this service is that not all of the transmission fluid is changed, mixing old and new transmission fluid.

Remanufactured Transmission:

As a distributor for Certified Transmission, we now have access to over 3500 remanufactured transmissions. Our remanufactured transmissions come with a 3 year/ 100,000 mile warranty when installed at J & M and are rigorously tested before being installed. These GM and Ford approved supplier transmissions have the latest technology and can be quickly installed getting you back on the road even sooner.
