You guys have always gotten our vehicle in right away. Always tell us what is wrong, how much it's going to cost, and how long it's going to take the same day we take it in. You ask are very straight forward and to the point no beating around the bush or jacking us around.

We recently brought our newly purchased used vehicle for a multi-point inspection. The service was outstanding and the quality of report with noted concerns was informative and understandable. Time was taken to explain issues in detail and what would be covered under warranty. We have been here several times and received similar service. Both me and my husband are treated equal, which is difficult to find in a mechanic shop.

Did a free inspection and delivered van back to my residence in Sioux Falls for free.

I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and the technician found a small oil leak. I was informed that I should take my car back to the dealership and have it looked at. They suggested a guy at billion who could help me out and be trusted. After further inspection by billion I had not 1 but 2 oil leaks. If J&M had not saw there was a problem in the first place I could have ended up paying hundreds of dollars worth repairs to my vehicle. Instead it cost me nothing because of my cars warranty. Thank you guys so much for catching such a small looking leak in the first place. I will definitely be taking my car back to J&M for future issues! Thanks again everyone!
